*Privat lessons not cancelled at least 48hrs in advance will be charged.

- TennisCruz will decide the final grouping of players of similar levels. Anyone who stops coming to group lessons for any reason, has no right to refund.

- Payment conditions within 10 days of billing. Abonements before lesson starts.

- Binding entry for the Winter Season 2008/2009

Attention:

- I will NOT honor Abos/Gifts past the season they were issued at!

- Abos and gift cupons are to be used in the season in which they were bought, I have no obligation to honor Abos/Gifts past that season (Summer or Winter).

- Winter Abos/Gifts must be used in the Winter season they were bought.

- Summer Abos/Gifts must be used in the Summer season they were bought.
