Tennis instruction: Justine Henin delivers a top spin backhand. I do not want to be critical of womens tennis or Justine, but I have great problems with the way the whole topspin backhand shot looks from the bio-mechanical point of view.

In Justine's game what impressed me was not her stroke production (which in my honest opinion was pretty mediocre), you must understand that when I say 'mediocre' I am referring to N1 world class player, where she belonged, it was her running and footwork that was world class.

Justine with her small frame outran her much larger and robust fellow pros. There was no secret, she was just much faster then all others. Her quitting early opened the door for girls like IVANOVIC, ANA, WILLIAMS, SERENA, JANKOVIC, JELENA, WILLIAMS, VENUS and others, to have a shot at being Nr1 and to win a few grand slams.

Use Justines tennis video lessons to understand what it takes to be a great champion and in this case it is not perfection.
