Tennis Instruction: Thomas Berdych - Running PDF Print E-mail
Oct 01, 2007 at 06:59 AM

The tennis footwork and movement - Tennis at the highest level requires extreme exactness, the slightest slip and you are not able to execute.  Here Thomas Berdych litteraly lets the right foot slip at the start and that was enough not to reach the ball.  Nevertheless he shows you the importance of the first 3 strong steps, the release of the racket and the free pumping of the arms like in the 100 meter race.
