Tennis instruction: 1. Semi-western, or western grip. 2. Take a short backswing racket head up with good shoulder turn. 3. Target ball by looking over your sholder. 4. Step in by firmily planting your right foot forward. 5. Take a high to low forward swing with a brushing motion that strikes the ball with the racket head on a 90 degree angle. 6. Without trying to force the topspin, just let the racket naturally flow to the full extention of your arm until your hand it is well above your head.
