Once again Roger Federer demonstrates why he is the very best in his class! With the topspin forehand winner Roger fulfils all aspects of a well executed shot. - Roger is always alert and ready to get inside the court and hit the ball early. - He takes the racket back in perfect rhythm with the incoming ball. That is not too fast not too slow. - He adjusts is body and racket distance to the ball with his foot work and the extension of his left arm pointing at the ball. - Rotates his shoulders as he takes the back swing and at the same time charges elastic energy by bending his knees and pressing his feet against the ground. - Then leaps ferociously into the ball and strikes the ball early out in front with phenomenal rotational upper body power, while the racket head makes contact and continues moving through the shot until it reaches across his body. Notice that even though Roger has delivered a fatal blow to his opponent, he is still alert and ready to go to the next ball, just in case... Use Rogers tennis video lessons as a model, he is a great champion and a master of the game. To avoid any possible claims of authorship, the video below was found at YouTube.
