Here is how to hit a forehand winner inside the
court: The forehand winner in the middle of the court. 1. Get inside of the court as soon as you sense the opponent(s) ball is short. 2. Prepare your swing with your racket head up to maximize pendulum effect. 3. Head looking over the shoulder to track ball properly. 4. Target the ball with your left hand and hit it out in front of you . 5. Anchor left leg in open stance to charge explosive elastic energy. 6. Keep your head still and looking forward as you rotate your body (shoulders) swing underneath. 7. Use your hip rotation to generate segmented power. 8. Let the racket head decrease speed naturally at the end without holding it until it stops the rotation. 9. As a precaution follow the ball to the net until you are sure it is a winner! NOTE: 1- The girl on the forehand winner video releases powerful elastic energy into the shot as she jumps into the ball on strike. 2 - Elbow is tucked into the body at the moment of contact. 3 - She uses a flatter stroke and linear movement through the shot to produce more speed.
