Interval Training for tennis - Time/Distance/Pace Calculator We all want to know how fast, how far, how long we ran - but we just don't want to do the math! If you are training for tennis and close to competition, you will want your intervals between repetitions to reflect the rest periods allowed by the rules or even slightly shorter: - 20 seconds in between points (shorten it to 15 seconds) - 1 minute and 30 seconds between games (shorten it to 1 minute and 15 seconds) This will condition your heart/lungs to help your body recover quicker and the extra few seconds you get officially are just a bonus. Enter any two items (Time, Distance or Pace) and the units for distance and pace, and our calculator will compute the third. You might want to come here after each of your training runs to figure your exact split time for your distance.
