When will Nadal say: Enough is enough! Very soon I believe! For several years Rafael Nadal has been suffering with re-occurring knee problems, related to tendonitis. What is the most common cause of tendonitis in trained athletes? Simply put the most common cause of tendonitis is overuse. In Rafael Nadal's case you do not need to be a nuclear scientist to see why. Unfortunately for Raffa his 'team of experts' did not have a clue and when the hughly face of tendonitis started to show, they did not take the corrective measures to avoid a further deterioration of the 'Golden Esel' as the Germans say! Since I am not a paid expert to take care of Rafa I will keep my beak closed, but I have strong piece of advise for Rafa: Get rid of the whole shebang, uncle, agent, collaborators, doctors, trainers, physios and start anew with a new slate were you are in command and you decide what is best for you and not others! My question to Rafa Nadal would be: Does this sound harsh to you? How harsh will it be when you find yourself on a wheel chair because of incompetence? Yes! It is time for Rafael to make a radical change on his team and to take destiny and his own game under his control The worst scenario will be that the damage done is far to great and he will continue to hurt. On the other hand what does he have to loose? Nothing, litteraly nothing! For once he can be his own man! Do it Rafael! And your knees will be free of a burden that weights tones! Free yourself, from the shackles of habit and others! Sergio Cruz
